Recreational
At this level, your child will learn basic rhythmic gymnastic movements. We work on base technique for proper gymnastic development. We teach them Balance and jumps and even a little bit of Acrobatics! Also, start very basic manipulation work with apparatuses. Our recreational classes teach our young gymnasts basic technique all in a fun and energetic 1 hour class!
Sessions
Extenso's year is divided in two sessions:
- Fall (September to December)
- Winter (January to May)
Training Uniforms
Our Uniforms consists of VNT black tank, bike short, toe shoes.​
FUN FACT: The Saturday uniform is also what is required during our annual shows.

Schedule
All recreational classes take place on Saturdays, but some are available on weekday evenings.
