Rules and Policies

Our rules and policies are in place to ensure transparency, fairness and structure for all of our members and athletes. 

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR BULLYING

Our anti-bullying policy is strictly enforced to ensure a positive environment for all individuals to learn, have fun and develop their abilities.


Bullying includes any physical or emotional abuse aswell as criticizing and gossiping about other individuals in any form, either vocally, in gesture and body language, in writing or on the Internet.


All gymnasts, parents and coaches are expected to behave with good sportsmanship and have a supportive attitude towards one another, including gymnasts, parents and coaches from other clubs at competitions.

General Rules

Coaches are in charge of the gym and are responsible for all activities that take place within.

Decisions on which level a gymnast will be in, based on skills and aptitude, will be made exclusively by the coaches, whose decisions will not be influenced in anyway.

Parents will respect the coaches’ authority during all practices and competitions. At no time will parents question or confront coaches at the gym or in front of the gymnasts.

​

Any questions related to gymnasts’ development must be addressed with the Head Coach, who will ensure theappropriate follow-up with the coaches.
