Competitive Group (Provincial level & National stream)
After being in our Pre-competitive, InterClub, Provincial or National programs, some girls are lucky enough to be invited to be participate in pur group tryouts where groups for the following competitive season will be decided! Hand picked by our wonderful coaching staff, our hard working athletes work tirelessly towards competing to represent Club Extenso at outside of club competitions. Known across the province, Club Extenso is one of New-Brunswick strongest competitive team. Taking home the Coupe Elegance for over 10 years now and repeatedly have numerous athletes be a part a team NB to represent our province in National competitions and having many podium placements at National events.
Competitive (Provincial Group)
Training individual routines at the interclub/provincial level. Also training a Competitive level group routine (trio, group of 4 or group of 5).
- Hours per Week: Variable depending on level
- Times per week: Minimum 3
- Competitions : 5+ per year (Groups)
Group Competition : Regionals, Group Championships Provincials, Atlantics & Extenso Cup
Individual Competition : Variable depending on level

Competitive (National Group)
Sport Study
Training to Qualify for Elite Canada, Eastern & Canadian Championships, these girls work on perfecting 1 (Novice and Open) or 2 (Junior and Senior) group routines as well as their individual routines in their respective levels.
- Lenghth of Class: Variable depending on level
- Times per week: Minimum 4 (novice & open), Minimum 5 (junior & senior)
- Hours per Week: Variable depending on level
- Competitions: 7+ per year
(Regionals, Eastern Qualifier, Provincials, Atlantics, Invitationals, Elite Canada (if applicable), Easterns, Nationals (if applicable), Extenso Cup)
