Our Programs
Club Extenso offers rhythmic gymnastics training at many levels. Our certified coaches are passionate and devoted to your child's growth in this beautiful sport. During classes at Club Extenso gymnasts will be learning not only gymnastics but also: Ballet, Dance, Acrobatics and Apparatus Handling (Rope, Ball, Hoop, Ribbon and Clubs).

Competitive (Provincial A)
Competitive Provincial team. Training 2-3 Individual Routines. These girls compete at our Regional, Provincial, Atlantic and Invitational Competitions. Minimum of 3 practices a week. approx. 10H+/Week (variable)

​Competitive (Provincial B & C)
Competitive Provincial Team. Part of Extenso's Elite Team. Training 3-4 Individual Routines. These girls try to qualify for out-of-province competitions and representing NB at Eastern Canadian Championship. Competing at Regional, Eastern Qualifier, Provincial, Atlantic, Invitationals & Eastern Canadian Championship. 14+ Hours/Week (Variable)
Competitive (National Stream)
Competitive National Team. Part of Extenso's Elite Team. Training 4 Individual Routines. These girls try to qualify for out-of-province competitions and representing NB at national competitions. Competing at Regional, Eastern Qualifier, Provincial, Atlantic, Invitationals, Elite Canada, Eastern Canadian and Canadian Championship. 16+ Hours/Week (Variable)

Competitive National team. Training individual routines at the Provincial/National level, Also training a Competitive National level group routine (group of 4 or group of 5/6). Competing at Regional, Eastern Qualifier, Provincial, Atlantic, Invitationals, Elite Canada, Eastern Canadian and Canadian Championship. 16+ Hours/Week (Variable)

Competitive (InterClub)
Competitive InterClub Team. Beginner competitive training. Learning Individual routines to compete 3+ times a year at our Inter-Club competitions and outside of club invitationals where they will be scored and ranked (publicly displayed). These girls will be hand pick for our competitive Provincial team for the following year. 6H/Week

Competitive (InterClub Group)
Competitive InterClub team. Training individual routines at the InterClub level, Also training a Competitive level group routine (trio, group of 4 or group of 5).
3+ Competitions per year (as group) + other competition (as individuals). 6h+/Week (variable)

Recreational
Ages 3-4 (preschool) & Ages 4-5 (school age). Learning the Basics. Showcasing a Group choreography at our Christmas and End of Year Show. 45 min/Week
Ages 6-8. Learning the Basics with a bit more independence and structure. Showcasing a Group choreography at our Christmas and End of Year Show. 1H/Week
Ages 8+. Learning the Basics with a bit more independence and structure. Showcasing a Group choreography at our Christmas and End of Year Show. 1H/Week

​Pre-Competitive
Ages 5+. Hand picked by our coaching staff - if your daughter is excelling in our recreational program, she will be invited to be a part of our pre-competitive class. Learning more advanced movement and choreography. They also perform twice a year at Inter-Club competitions. These girls will be hand picked for our competitive InterClub team and/or Provincial (group and/or individual) team for the following year. 4H/Week ​​​​​​
Fundraisers
As a non-profit organization, Extenso organizes fundraisers to support the club's expenses. All gymnasts are required to participate according to their registration level.
